Immediate Relatives of U.S. Citizens
The immediate relative category refers to the spouse and unmarried minor children (under 21) of a United States citizen, and the parents of a United States citizen who is over the age of 21. U.S. immigration law places no numerical limits on the number of visas issued each year to persons in this category.
U.S. citizens who have been legally resident in Saudi Arabia for at least six months may submit petitions for their immediate relatives at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh.
