Internet-Based Registration System
U.S. citizens traveling to or residing in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia are strongly encouraged to register their location and contact information with the U.S. Consulate General Dhahran. Doing so will allow the Consulate to reach you in case of an emergency, and will enable you to receive e-mailed security announcements, known as Warden Messages.
